Understand the bigger picture driving Greenlight
Greenlight is all about discovering, practicing and modelling ways that lead to more empowering, purposeful and holistic collaboration. And a lot of that is made of small practices (like the patterns of Sociocracy I've been writing about in the blog) that we can safely try out and sense the positive difference they may make to our collaborative work.
